About the event:
The Netherlands Embassy in Washington, D.C. invited prominent American and Dutch scholars, politicians, innovators, security and economic experts for a conversation about the relationship between the Netherlands and the United States on January 25, 2017.
Trying to rediscover the centuries-old friendship between the two countries in public discussions, presentations and workshops. Five days after the inauguration of the 45th president of the United States, they explored what this relationship could look like under President Donald Trump. The conversation was part of their goal to include interactive debate into our long-term strategies. The best way to predict the future is to create it.
